New Spotpass item for NA

Not too long ago North America is able to receive the Red Ogre Mask and it's still available,
however is anyone having trouble receiving it from a Nintendo Zone?
I want to know if there are any issues just in case I have an internal issue with my 3DS.

I've been to four location and I have yet to be able to receive the item. It's up until the 15th.
Please let me know if you guys are having trouble too or maybe we can trade or catalog the item.
I really don't want to miss out!​

I have always had problems with Mcdonalds and Best Buy ( even though Nintendo insists I have Mcdonalds and Best
Buy that offer it) Home Depot has always worked for me. You can come get mine for free.

Oh! I wasn't aware about Home Depot! I was on the phone with Nintendo last night troubleshooting at McDonalds! lmfao! I had just gotten out of work and I was on my was home. Hopefully I dont have a Spotpass issue Lots of games rely on that. (Damn it Nintendo why can't you be simple!) Thank you! I would appreciate it I can catalog it at least

I had a lot of trouble finding places too. When I connected to the wifi to the McDonald's near me it just kept error img and then when it did connect it said I already got the item which I figured was the Aquarius urn. I couldn't find any other places near me that had a Nintendo zone so I just temporarily renamed and disabled my home wifi to get the mask. I Found that to be so much easier and now I don't need to drive to a billion different locations to try and get the dlc.
