A new resident appeared on Main Street today, one whom I've never seen before. It might have been an original resident who moved out when I TT'd in the first days of my mayorship. Or it's someone from another town.
This resident appearing on Main Street, does it mean anything for the 16-cycle thing, like am I close to the 16th resident? Could one of the four residents who roam Main Street move-in soon, or could this resident simply have come from a town I visited?
