New leaf amiibo cards can't move in???

I scanned huck today and wanted to move him in but when I scan him it's only asking him to come and play or give me something?? How do I get him to move in?? I want to cry

Yes, RV villagers need to "come and play" first, then you invite them to move. :3c

And unlike the campsite (the orange tent/igloo), you don't have to play a game to invite them to your town! You can ask them directly after speaking to them by choosing the second option; if you have ten villagers, you can even kick somebody out for them!
