Any users with purple/pink names have won a contest or tournament from the Bell Tree 2017 Fair. It's only temporary, and from my understanding it's what will allow the winners to have access to the Fair Shop restocks.

It happened last year as well. You get it for winning a contest or tournament from the fair (an annual event TBT likes to host for us, just for fun).
