You're not alone. I hope Nintendo didn't lose too much time working on all these spin-off (HHD, Amiibo Festival). Hopefully they already started to work on AC for the NX. I don't want the game to be release in three years like they did with New Leaf, which was revealed at the E3 2010, but released 3 years later...

Ugh, I don't want a mobile app. I want another DS game! Nintendo, I ask you, who was actually asking for a mobile app?
Well, from my research it was a company called DeNA.
I don't think there's going to be another DS Animal Crossing game... I wonder if the DS series will actually continue when the NX comes, since it's rumoured to be a handheld as well... Maybe the New 3DS is the last version of any DS, but we don't know. I'm hoping a new Animal Crossing will come out within 2 years of the NX's release.

Two big games are coming out this year, the new pokemon and the new Disney one, so I doubt we'll be getting a new AC one this year as well... I'm not bored of the ACNL but I do wish there was a new one. I love this game series. <3

Yeah, I'm bummed about the mobile game. Mostly because I think AC mobile sounds dumb, but even if I wanted to get it I have a Kindle Fire HD so I can't get it

Could you explain to me what is a 'kindle'? I've heard about it several times on the internet but I still don't understand what it really is- it seems like an e-reader but I don't know why people act as if it's a incompatible tablet then, because I usually read that they can't get something because they have a kindle. If it's an e-reader, then don't expect it to be a tablet.
I think a mobile game could work, but only on tablets- phones are simply too small. We'll have to see, it's better than nothing still.

A kindle is kind of like a tablet, but it's in a league of its own. It takes longer for the company who owns kindle,Amazon, to get the same apps that most other tablets/phones have. Also usually an app only comes out for android and apple, the system of most tablets. It's nearly impossible to make a tablet-only-app because most phones and tablet share the same system.

yeah, im getting bored of new leaf too recently. everything just go repetitive its not even fun anymore. the only things that make me go abck to the game are my villagers especially flurry. i dont think they'll release any new game or spinoff cause theres no ac stuff announced in this years E3. maybe in 2017 or 2018. nintendo is sure taking their own sweet goddamn time.
