I have Super Mario 3D Land lying around. I can also throw in Resident Evil Revelations and Kid Icarus: Uprising. They are north american copies.
I have zero interest in club Nintendo, and don't even really know how it works, but I know that those are hard copies and haven't been registered. You'd have to let me know where to get the codes you're looking for since I've never bothered with that stuff.
I've been trying to get Lolly, would trade for even if you think you can get her....

I don't think I have cycled enough for her, but ok! Perhaps you're interested in anyone else? If not, that's fine. I'll try to get her! Also, the codes are just with the box behind the manual. It's a red-and-white pamphlet. You can't miss it ^_^

I'm fine with the trade as long as it can be completed in some kind of reasonable timeframe. I have a cycling town, so I understand there is going to be some kind of lag, but just checking how long we're talking about here would be really helpful...
