Hey there! I'm not hacking any villagers INTO my town; the villagers come into town naturally and I only hack to evict them so that people can get their villagers quicker. Also I'm not selling. If people want to pay they can, but most of my villagers have gone to good homes for free.

Does that clarify things?
If what I'm doing is still against the rules then I'll stop, but I didn't think what I'm doing counts...
