Needing someone to come over to test my connection

I was having connection errors last night, and even though I could open my gates, no one could actually connect and come over. So just looking for someone willing to test it. Add me and let me know, and I'll add you and open up Thanks in advance!!!

I tried several times and kept getting 018-0511 error code, this occurs during loading time after I choose your town :/

This error code typically indicates an issue communicating and matchmaking with other players.
This is often caused by network firewalls blocking necessary network traffic.

Maybe the 2nd issue caused that? because if you can open your gate means your internet connection is actually fine, right?

Ugggggh. Yea, I spent last night tinkering with the network settings, and it has worked before when I had this prob, but didn't last night. I have dropped my DS and broken and dented the wifi side, so it's possible my DS just needs replacing now. THis is so annoying, I can't do any shop stuff

ah, okay.. Or maybe you can try to bring your 3ds somewhere with a good internet connection and try to connect? then you can find out whether the problem is on your wi-fi or your 3ds..
