Needing Opinions for my Dream Town

Hi, I'm wondering if something in my town goes well with the other part of the town. I need your opinions.

I'd like for you TBTers to visit my Dream Address (in my sig) and tell me how that area looks. "That area" is the little desert place I have behind my town hall. I'm wondering whether I should keep it, or demolish both of the PWPs, remove the designs, and place a fairy tale clock + 2 topiaries (since I just got them today) in that same place. Bells is not an issue at all.
