Cycling Need someone to help me move Lucky!

I need a cycler with several 100% wifi ratings to please help me move my Lucky from my cycling town to one of my main towns! I can take him immediately when he's ready, so if you can TT him out quickly, that would be great.

Willing to pay 50tbt or 2 million IGB for someone to help me with this.
