Need some help with my island design

Recently reset because my old island was slowly becoming a wreck and I had no idea what I wanted to do with it.
So I made a new Island called Goonville.
...and I still don't really know what to do with it. Any ideas for a theme, or areas I could make?

i’m not too sure about themes but here are some area ideas:

• park
• garden
• cafe
• fruit orchard
• forest
• campgrounds
• residential area

Im pretty bad with my island designing lol so i try to keep the island as natural as possible. Then i just take a bunch of furniture and throw them on the ground and see what looks nice lol. I dont have themes on my island so its just a bunch of random things until it kind of clicks? u can come over to my island for a mini tour if u want!
