Need help with a villager moving out!

I have a villager in boxes today and a villager in the campsite today. I have the max 10 villagers and if I wait till tomorrow will I be able to invite a villager from a NMT random island?

The villager will move out tomorrow leaving an unreserved plot. Campsite is irrelevant. You should be able to island hop tomorrow
