Need help getting dream suite?

Haven't had WiFi in a long time, only mobile Internet. Recently, I got a new phone and it has this fancy new feature called mobile hotspot. So I'm hoping this means I can now connect my DS to my phone internet? If this is true, how exactly do I unlock the dream suite - do I have to do something online like get someone to visit my town or use the club tortimer island? Any help appreciated (also if you're willing to come into my town and then leave straight away so I can get the dream suite that would be really helpful), thanks in advance!

Ooh - does redeeming the monthly item from the post office over internet count as using WiFi, to unlock the dream suite?

Actually, in order to get the Dream Suite, you just need to be mayor for seven days. Go in the town hall and Isabelle will be sleeping. You talk to her and she'll mention someone coming by to call for a Dream Suite.

No online stuff needed. Hope this helped. c:

There's realy not too much to getting the dream suite. You just have to be a Mayor of your town for just 7 days. Go to the Town Hall and if Isabelle is sleeping, just talk to her and she will suggest the dream suite as a Public Works Project. You don't need online stuff, only that to use the dream suite you do need internet.
