Nature Day Miles Quest Problem

I know the answer is going to make me feel dumb, but I can't figure what I'm doing wrong.

"Decorate with Flowers" 0/1 x5

Tried moving fully grown flowers, planting seeds and picking flowers and dropping around. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Think it has to be a furniture item? Or even place a picked flower

Place a picked flower (it goes in a vase automatically) or a flower wreath. I think I may have even gotten it when I put down one of the little craftable terrariums.

I made a hyacinth wreath, hung it on my wall, got my points, and put it immediately into storage

I just took the pink lily that I usually wear in my hair and placed it on the ground. It counted. Then I re-equipped the lily in my hair :3
