Let's face it: you guys don't really care about any of the sentimental things I could put here, so let's just get straight to the rules. Despite what's previously stated, this is the second incarnation of this thread, so maybe some people will remember it??
Rules:
1.First of all, this is basically a quest to get my last 3 dreamies for my main town. These 3 villagers are Diana, Shari, and Beau. They will never be put up for adoption, no matter what.
2.All villagers will be absolutely free, regardless of popularity/tier.
3.I maintain the right to refuse the adoption of a villager for any reason I see fit.
4.All villagers will be first-come, first-serve. I don't have the patience for raffles, but I could possibly be persuaded to raffle off a villager.
5.I do not take reservations and I never will. They are unfair, inefficient, and stressful.
6.All villagers will be held for about 5-10 minutes because I'm not very patient.
7.Popular villagers will probably go to whom I see fit, meaning people with many positive wifi ratings who are kind. This may be subject to change.
8.Please put "1000 Forms of Fear" (without quotes) in your first post so I know you read the rules.
9.I don't have too much free time, so please do not complain about how slow I am or how little I cycle. You will not receive villagers from me if you do this.
10.Some villagers will be auto-voided by default. You can ask me to take them off auto-void if you so wish.
11.Dreamie proof is required for tier 1 villagers.
12.Do not sell my villagers or you will be blacklisted and I'll never give you another villager again. Give them away if you don't want them anymore.

How Things Will Be Run:
I will reset my second copy until one of my dreamies is one of the starting villagers. (I know Shari cannot be a starting villager). Once I get a dreamie, I will save the town they're in and begin cycling. When a villager is in boxes, I will announce who it is in the title of the thread and in a post. Most of the time (I have decided yet), the first person to post after my announcement will receive the villager. Once my dreamie wants to move, I will have a friend hold them for me and I will reset my town for my remaining dreamies.
