Names of Native Fruit Drinks

Oh, yeah, villagers will talk about foods and drinks all the time. My local smug, Olaf, frequently begins conversations by saying, "Jinx! You owe me a [random beverage]!" And sometimes claims the air on the island smells like a random beverage, including peach nectar, as I recall. Peach lassi might be on the random beverage list, and smug villagers may be more likely to bring them up.

Ohhh you know by the time I saw my villagers carrying around those little mason jars I had totally forgotten about that first night “juice” lol. I always thought it was some sort of strawberry smoothie they were drinking.

but I suppose that explains the zooming around with arms out for no particular reason all day long. Too much cherry juice.

Here's the apple juice one. Also found it on Youtube. I'd imagine that the pear one is probably pale and maybe greenish?

Nah, I don't remember them referring to the juice by a special name. Now I'm curious though.. guess I'll have to spam the dialogue the next time I see someone with juice and see if they bring it up.
My native fruit is oranges, and even though it's such a tiny detail the little orange slice on the cup is SO friggin cute!! I'm so glad I went for oranges this time, it makes me happy whenever I see it lmao

I hope we can get our island's native fruit juice as a hold-able item some day, it's so adorable ;__; I want orange juice too!

Aww these are exactly the kind of details I live for. If my juice name theory proves wrong and they’re all called the same after all, it’s at least nice to see some variance. For the peach drink there’s just a little leaf, not a fruit slice!

Disappointing if there’s no connection to the native fruit, but I can believe it. Mine have never mentioned any other fruit (beverage or otherwise).

It’s interesting that he specifically mentions cherry cola in that screenshot, since you said that was your fruit. Likely enough just a coincidence though.
