I just never had this problem back in Wild World which was my first AC experience. I guess everyone has different taste, I would not want Stitches in my town. I hate animals without eyes. It kind of creepy.

Okay, I just found out my 8th villager is Diva another frog...... If I was one spot ahead, I would have gotten Diana........
I have also grew to really like Marshal so now I don't know what to do. Diva confirm I need to restart my game but Marshal is so handsome. Even if I were to sell Marshal, I don't really know how to get him to move out? I can't be mean to Marshal, he the only villager I like. Everyone else can hit the hay.

I'd say to not fret about villagers so much... they'll leave eventually. I don't like all the villagers in my town but I'm not going to sit and complain all day about how much I don't care for them.
I don't recommend rushing to restart just because you're not into your villagers. unless there's more you're displeased with, I guess.
and if you're that bothered about your villagers, do some time travelling to get them out. /shrug

Yup there is more issue than just the villagers unfortunately.

like everyone else is saying, marshal is super popular so you could definitely sell/trade him on here for one of your dreamies. I don't particularly care for him but he isn't bad. I think puddles is really cute, but I also like the frogs 
benjamin is alright, he looks like an old man though! lolll. I have all cute villagers now, but at one point I had TWO chickens in my town at once and it was awful. the amiibo feature is soo nice because you can use them to get your dreamies and kick the uggos to the curb

I'm sorry but you're getting a little too worked up over it. Villagers can move out, and the amiibo cards make it even easier to do so. I've had villagers I've hated (Jambette was a nightmare and took a year to move out) but the thing is...they DO move. It's not as if you're forced to keep them. You deal with them until they move and that's it.
Also I know Diva is a bit freaky looking but I've had her before and she's sweet. Sometimes you end up liking villagers if you just give them a chance.

I know but I never had this many ugly villagers in any of my town back in Wild World. I had at most 2 ugly villagers and 2 to 3 dreamie and the rest were average looking villagers.
Well in your opinion he is not? It wasn't a joke though.
