Ok lets be frank here Minecraft for the New Nintendo 3DS is the most inferior version of the game. The render distance is awful the Graphics are rugged evident to how the edges of blocks are not exactly straight sometimes.(i think it give this version its own charm to be honest.) and The End is not present as of now. BUT the game has made some TREMENDOUS improvements from the few updates it has had including adding the Mario Mash-Up pack, The Wither, Stained Glass, and Ocean Monuments even uping the performance and framerate(Not The Mario World unfortunately). People aren't giving the game the credit it deserves. I mean its a great port for the New 3DS. Heck it even has an in game store to purchase new skins and texture packs. Its a great addition for peoples gaming library for those who cant afford the Nintendo Switch. Perfect for scratching that wonderful blocky itch. The major down sides to this edition is lack of online play tho i doubt the 3ds could handle online minecraft play. So as of 1.5 this is what the game has without buying anything in the online shops
147 skins
4 texture packs
Mario Mash-up Pack World
Local Multiplayer
Both creative and survival
49 Achuvements to earn
If you stand back and look at the New 3DS edition of everyones favorite sandbox builder. You can see its not as bad as you would think.
