My game crashed well visiting a hacked town!

I was in the Dream Suite, and I went to a random town. The entire town was extremely hacked. I was only in it a minute and my whole game crashed.

Thankfully, I didn't lose anything. But will have a negative effect on my 3DS?

You should be fine. I’ve visited multiple towns that caused my game to crash, but I haven’t had any issues.

Don't worry, your 3DS or town will not getting any negative effects by this, guess the dream town was just too much hacked, therefore the game couldn't handle it to load it proper and crashed. Happened to me also many times and both my 3DS and town worked fine afterwards.

I've visited prob well over 100 hacked dream towns, nothing bad has happened to my system, or either one of them that I was using to visit dream towns. The game crashes cause it can't load everythin properly. Crashing can be a very common issue with hacked towns. Your town will be fine, dreams and hacked towns generally don't affect your system.
