My everything looks terrible.

Ugh. I can NOT decorate ANYTHING in this game. My towns layout is bad, I don't have anything that matches in my house, and if I did have a full set, I wouldn't know where to put it.

My lack of creativity is making this game very stressful for me.


Any tips?

if i run out of inspiration, i like to go to other peoples towns. namely dream towns, those are usually completed and really nice looking. if you want, you could base your town after a character or game, anime, etc. if your town layout is bad, reset then

Wait, n00b question (I don't reset), but what really happens when I reset? Also, I wasn't aware that there was already 50 towns named Konoha.

When you reset, it basically means you start the game from scratch again. Just like how you played New Leaf for the first time. New town map, new villagers, new town layout etc. You can reset if you're not liking how your town is and want a fresh start, or if you want to change it completely by starting from the start.

Decorating takes time. I'm not sure if you have the dream suite, but that's a good way to get inspiration. And try not to be too hard on yourself. I love my towns, but I've seen some amazing ones that made me feel bad about mine.Then I realized that everyone has different ways they like to decorate. It doesn't mean that my towns aren't good. I make mine simple, but they're very pretty.
