my dream address is messed up? [solved]

everytime i update my address it turns into a new one. i searched up my town name and it has 5 different dreams from earliest to latest. i tried to get them away by deleting my dream but only one was deleted. also whenever someone visits my town Luna says that no one has. have i done something wrong or is this normal?

She won't say anyone has visited if they're visiting an old copy.

I'm not sure on the exact causes of a dream address changing, but there are some potential factors...

• Dream town hasn't been updated for a while. This is mentioned by Luna in some line of dialogue that not updating your dream town regularly can cause your address to change.
• Dodgy connection. If I update my dream town from my kitchen, the address is guaranteed to change. I guess if the connection drops whilst updating your town it sets a new address.
• Nintendo's weird. I don't know why, but dream addresses often change for no apparent reason.

also, if you switch between ds when updating, that will deffo change the address every time

Time travelling may also have some impact, but I can't guarantee that.

Hacking can also affect the DA, sooo many things can affect the change, I wish it didn't change. lol..
