My diet

Well im on a diet i can only eat ramen noodles bought a 24 pck of them and only diet pop i stayed up all night and im on a 500 calorie limit so only 2 pck of ramen noodles a day

so if im grumpy or if i type bad sorry the only thing keeping me awake is lucky star episodes :r
 
ramen is not a good diet, it lacks nutrion
the grumpyness it cuased by lack or nutrients like protien or good carbs
 
What the hell. That's unhealthy.

First of all: Ramen noodles don't contain all the nutrition you need
Second: Diet soda=bad
Third: 500 CALORIE LIMIT?! If you're a guy you should be taking in like 2500!

If you want to lose weight there are healthier ways to do it. Without torturing your body.
 
Are you on a diet because you want to lose weight? If so then it isn't going to work that well since your body will go into survival mode. Since you are eating few calories a day and it will hold on to all your fat in case it needs to burn it for energy later.
 
If you want to go on a diet, eat more foods that burn calories faster. You do not have to starve yourself to lose weight. Tons of fruit and vegetables like bananas are a good way of losing weight, with exercising only about 15 minutes a day.

w00t YEA!! thats my diet ALSO and yet im still kinda underweight i think i have a fast metabolism... :3

You should do what I do, seems to be working out for me.
Drink nothing but coke, milk and tea.
Eat nothing but Meat, junk food, and more junk food.
Lay around all day on the computer and be very lazy, never do physical work.

EXACTLY i only get off the computer when i hang out with friends...or school...or if theres a TV show on that i like.... just add ramen to the diet and BAM thats wat i do
