My Astrid saga may have a light at the end of the tunnel!

Hey all!

So some of you may remember I recently lost my uber Dreamie Astrid to a horrible TT accident. Well last week my sister brought a 3DS and AC:NL. We have been playing together ever since and she has visited my town several times, last night she got a new plot and low and behold it's Astrid.
This is my Astrid from the void isn't it?! No one else has visited my town since she left me and it's too unlikely to be a coincidence right? Do villagers from the void remember where they came from?
Either way my sister has said she will hold her for me until I cycle the magic 16! So yay! I will get her back!

Oh yay that's such good news You should try visiting her and talking to her, she'll remember you if it's the same Astrid - and she'll probably talk about you and sing your theme tune to your sister too - how cute <3

If she is your Astrid then she will remember you. If you cycle through 16 she will say she is happy to be your neighbor again. They do remember you if they came from your town. Rosie remembered me when my daughter held her for me. This also happened with my friends Diana who was saved from the void. Good luck if you will be trying to cycle her back.

Yea I'm cycling for her, need her back! My town isn't the same! Looking forward to her getting unpacked so I can visit lol!

I had Astrid in my campsite a couple months back but i couldn't get her cus my town was already full. Oh well....maybe one day...

Aw you should have told me you wanted Astrid cause shes moving out of my town on the 2nd of may, oh well I guess I'll see who else will want her.

Ohh, I remember. I felt so bad for you! Glad to hear it all worked out. Like others have said, you can easily tell if she's yours by talking to her. And when she's unpacking, your sister can talk to Astrid and she'll let her know if she's from your town.

And if this is a new Astrid, that's just crazy lucky coincidence.

Yea weird if it isn't right! My sister is going to talk to her and find out. So really going to have to move with the cycling lol
