My 3DS won't connect to Wi-Fi...

I'm trying to connect it to my home Wi-Fi, but it keeps saying that I've entered the wrong security code - I clearly haven't. It connects to my phone hotspot fine though. Does anyone know why this is happening? It's the new 3DS model btw.

I had the same thing happen today to me, test the connection then it should work again.

Maybe call Nintendo Support! a nice man helped me with mines .v.
I dunno how to do it since I forgot, but try calling them.
