If you max out the volume, does it remain that way after you save the game and replay it? I never bothered messing with the volume because I figured it would just go back to default settings. I would test this myself, but I don't have sound built in my monitor, and my brother is playing the game right now, so I can't use my headphones.Lowering the volume of the speakers will definitely lower the radius. I have mine on max and it seems to go about 5 spaces in every direction.
Yes it does! Once you set the volume, it is that volume until you mess with it again. If you max out the volume, does it remain that way after you save the game and replay it? Yup! The only thing that changes it to a default state is putting the player in your pocket. That will stop the music and reset the volume. But nothing that can’t be fixed very easilyIf you max out the volume, does it remain that way after you save the game and replay it? That's good to know. Thanks for the quick response. I guess I'll be turning up the volume.Yes it does! Once you set the volume, it is that volume until you mess with it again.
Thanks for also letting me know.Im pretty sure it stays at max volume. I went back to check and it remains as if.
That's something worth taking note of, so thanks!Yup! The only thing that changes it to a default state is putting the player in your pocket. That will stop the music and reset the volume. But nothing that can’t be fixed very easily![]()
Some of the music players have an echo effect that makes it sound louder artificially. At least I know the cassette player does. That might be a factor as well.I find I can hear my music from about 3-4 tiles away, but that’s with the music cranked up to the max volume that the player allows. I think it also depends on how much ambient noise and background music there is. For example, my speaker on the beach seems much louder than my stereo near the plaza, but both are at maximum volume. Not sure if this is just anecdotal or not though.
