So if u wanna move a villager out. Try this
1) Make a second charater or third or fourth depending on how many you have.
2)Introduce yourself to EVERY VILLAGER IN YOUR TOWN! Make sure you do this at least once!
3) Talk to the villagers you DO WANT TO KEEP! Make sure these are your dreamies and your favs!
4)IGNORE THE ONES YOU WANT TO MOVE OUT THIS IS IMPORTANT dont talk to them or anything just introduce yourself once!
5)Time Travel a week (7 days later)
6) Walk around your town if a villager you want to move out pings you then hooray!!!! But if its a villager you want to keep simply tell them not to leave and they will stay.
7)If its a villager who you want to move out TIME TRAVEL to the date he or she is moving out.
8) He or She should be gone.
9)Then Change it back to the original date.
