Hey! Do anyone know how not to get your friends villagers on your town?
I don't want to get my sister's villegers into my island. Is there anything I can do? Should I switch off my switch's internet or something??
I think the only way to do it is to not have that person as your friend in-game. So, as tedious as it is, you'll probably have to unfriend your sister every time you suspect a random move in.

do you mean villagers that have moved out of her island move in on yours when there's a plot available?
I think that's because the villager goes from her void to your move-in queue (if villagers leave your island without being adopted by anyone they will be in the void and can get picked up by visitors into their move-in queue)
anyways those villagers in your move-in queue will move in if you leave a plot open, only after the move-in queue is empty move ins are truly random
so the easiest thing would probably just be to not let random move ins happen if I'm understanding you correctly

Not sure if that info is still correctly, but one's void should be cleared as soon as they visit a town with 10 villagers. If they happen to be in your void by you not having 10, then you can visit a full island yourself before freeing up a plot.
