Give glory to the greatest RPG series ever, MOTHER.
So, I beat MOTHER 3 recently. I was a "like if you cri evrytim" person.

MOTHER is the greatest series ever, period, in my opinion. Everything in them is just so great, and it makes you feel different than playing any other game.

I love Earthbound/Mother. I played through half of Mother 3 in Japanese a few years back but got distracted and never finished, though it's definitely on my list to pick it up again. Awesome game, so much better than so many flashy, high-budget RPGs these days.

I've only gotten around halfway through Earthbound but I have completed Mother 3. That was around two and a half years ago, though

Okay but if you looked at the forum
'Nintendo' 'Gamers Lounge'
and the replies which refers the MOTHER series to Earthbound too
and also the fact it was referred o as a 'RPG series'

I mean I don't mean to sound rude but the amount of times that joke has been made pushes my patience

I didn't get past the arcade or even defeat the monsters in that area while I was playing Earthbound. I just gave up because I dislike too much grinding.

THE GRINDING IS SO RELAXING WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?? I dunno why but I love over grinding in the game like umf<<3 Might be because my sexy emulator has a speed up button. It's so lovely I wanna marry it.

I'm using Snes9x+. Playing on my phone but I don't think it's mobile only. Not sure though.. Never paid notice

Grinding is a pain in the butt. So for me to have completed Mother 1, I've got to say that I'm proud of myself. I'll never do it again. I've completed Mother 2 several times. I started Mother 3 and kind of lost interest. I didn't feel like going through to translate the Japanese text from a text file and reading Kumatora say the B word more than what was necessary annoyed me. Of course I got pretty far in the game and it was an exciting adventure, I just ended up stopping.
