Most underrated villager?

I think Chevre is definitely overrated. She's adorable. Also, I think Marshal's really overrated :/

Papi is the most underrated villager in my opinion!
I got him after loosing Beau by accident and I love him. He's the cutest thing ever, being adorable and lazy. He seems so innocent and child-like. He's an Okapi which makes him quite special! Unfortunately his house looks awful. But I can live with that!

I'm really surprised to see that he's on the tier 4 list. He could be ranked much higher, as high as tier 2 if somebody just realized how cute he is

I think Caroline is the most underrated. She's a colorful red normal squirrel, with blonde hair, a curly, long, and partly yellow tail (which blends well with red), and of course, her huge blue eyes. Who can resist that?

Celia is the second most underrated. She's a white eagle, which looks good on her. Her wings and face are also light green in parts, and her tail feather and her cheeks are light purple. Again, I think she's adorable. Also, like Caroline, she's normal, my favorite personality.

Antonio, easy. He is so WEIRD and FUNNY and just...he's such a character.

Goldie and Henry are also pretty underrated.

I would say Rooney, but that's predictable from my end so I'll metioned other underated villagers as well.

Aurora, Biskit, Walker, Kitt, Poppy (surprisingly underrated here compared to other sites), Curlos (I miss that mexican sheep :C), Celia, Pierce (Thanks Game Grumps), Antionio, Kyle, Colton, SCOOT, Rudy, Kitty, Drift, and Lilly.

Grizzly ;-; he is so snuggly and adorable, I love him so much.

Also Poppy. She's so stinkin' cute. Love her colour, she's soo cuddly and tiny. I'm surprised she isn't more popular.

I 100% agree about Graham! He needs way more love than he gets. He's so cute! Also I truly do not understand how Blanche is not a higher teir. She's ADORABLE.

Anyway, I think Freckles is really under-rated. I mean she is this cute, pink, peppy little duck that just wants to give everyone hugs and be friends! I don't know why she isn't as popular as the other villagers.

^ Freckles! I honestly never hear about her until I started my new town and she's my peppy (one of the original fives)! I actually think she's pretty cute and fits the peppy personality perfectly. I think I'm gonna keep her as a permanent resident ^^

Other under-rated villagers include: Biskit, Genji, Willow. I honestly think they should be tier 1 villagers as they are soooo cute!!! Also Roscoe could use some more love too

Wart Jr. is my favorite villager ever. He's the absolute sweetest little ugly cranky frog. I had him in my original town but I can't ever find him to go in my main town. People probably void him cause they don't think anyone wants him.

Hmm for some reason I feel Bluebear doesn't get enough love. She's only tier 4 ;o;

She's probably over shadowed by other peppies like Rosie & Bunnier. I still love Bluebear though, she's so cute. owo
