Most expensive item in new leaf?

I did, for completionist sake, but yes I agree with that it doesnt look good, I would have prefered that it wasnt like that, maybe a bigger crown with a big gem in the front would be better (im refering to the design of the small crown that goes for 1m).

I don't think anyone really likes the crown all that much.. The only reason people want it is because it's so expensive. Having one is like saying "Look at how rich I am!"

I got the royal one for free from a very generous member. But 1.2m isn't that much with the turnips and the new island mechanic, so I see very little reason to complain.

Well there are people that are terrible with turnips or may not have time to go to the island all the time but both of those features do make it easier to earn lots of bells! Personally I would be able to buy both right now with my savings and all but I really wanna save up and get all of the prizes for doing that~

I also prefer the tiny crown, even if it does look feminine. But then again, I'm kind of a feminine guy.

I don't have either crown, because I don't sell turnips and bug hunting is so time consuming. I think my character looks weird with hats anyways. I like the bows and hair clips instead of hats.

I mean you don't lose the money, like with buying the Royal Crown, but... (then again you could just try selling said crown to someone else to get most, if not all your money back)

I like the tiny crown, except I'd never feel comfortable wearing it in-game. I'm hoping to find someone kind enough to let my catalog them, as I don't want them to keep.

To kind of branch off from the original question TC asked, does anyone know what the most expensive piece of furniture is in the game? Just a question I thought of, since the royal crown is easily the most expensive clothing item and most expensive item overall. I guess it would probably be furniture from Gracie's series? And if we exclude Gracie furniture, maybe one of the katanas? I think the white katana is sold for close to 40k, maybe.

I never really liked the big crown, way to flashy for my tastes. But the girly one is very cute and I like it a lot. Though I do take it off when I go to Club Tortimer.

For some reason the Royal Crown looks decent to me. Would probably look goat with my red coat. But sadly I can never find it in my shop, only saw it once. Hopefully I can find it again soon.
