The software I use is called Krita (I got it on steam). It’s great, cost like $5, and I’ve barely scratched the surface of what the software is capable of.
My tablet is a Veikk A30. It’s cheaper and needs to be connected to a monitor in order to actually use, but I’ve had no problems with it. These are the only digital tools I’ve used, but I’d definitely recommend them~
