3. Pay first. You don't get the villager until I have payment.
4. You can explore, shop, have fun while you're in my town, BUT if you run off in my town without telling me where you're going, I will turn off the wifi and give the villager to someone else.
5. If someone is your dreamie and you can't afford them, let me know and I'll see if I can help you.
6. You can only lurk 5 villagers at a time so choose wisely.
7. I will inform lurkers of their villagers ONE HOUR before I show that they are in boxes.
8. Villagers can only be reserved whenever the villager is in town. I will hold reserved villagers for 24 HOURS when they are in boxes.
