no, even discussion in general is banned

but man, villager Isabelle should totally be a thing. maybe not as a villager, but maybe where she has "off days" or whatever. or just wanders around town during the day when nobody's visiting

This isn't so much a discussion of hacking, as a discussion of what could be hidden in the game code/what we've seen evidence of there being hidden in the game code.

I can't help but wonder WHY Isabelle was even given that dialogue option. It doesn't seem like something any other villager says, so it must have been programmed explicitly to her... but why? Did they expect people to crack the game and do things like make Isabelle a villager? Or was she originally intended to be able to do more than just be obnoxious? It's fun to think about.

tbh I think most if not all of those dialogue lines are from peppy villagers actually

failing that, then uchi. either way I know I've seen before

I think I remember the thread you're talking about. There's no such thing as perfect lemons. They're an island fruit and there are no perfect island fruits. Only native town fruits are able to be perfect. I think that guy didn't know what he was talking about.

I don't remember villagers referring to you as "mayor." Also, speaking of the potential of the game, those dream towns with items in the water? I think it could be a result of a glitch with the shovel and holes.
Edit: Just looked it up; it's with the king tut mask and holes.

btw you can only do this with Japanese copies iirc

you can get into the water both like that or just simply with a net in any copy of the game, but can't place anything in the water
