Today, I am planning on building a police station in my town. I know where to put it, but can't decide which. I have no specific theme for my town but I have gray tiles in my town, two cobblestone bridges, one wooden bridge, The Roost, campsite, Reset Center, a lighthouse, a foundation, two metal benches, and one yellow bench. You thoughts on that.

I prefer Booker so unless my town theme would look better with the modern station I always pick the classic station. Right now I have two moderns and a classic but I've had more towns with the classic one simply because I think Booker is a cute oaf. Have you thought about what upgrades you will want for your train station and town hall? If it will be modern definitely match up the police station, otherwise look online to see which you like the look of better since you're the one stuck with it day after day

I have no plans to have a modern train station nor town hall.

Depends on what your town theme is going to be.
If it's gonna be more modern/robust, I'd say the modern police station. Otherwise, I'd go for the classic police station

In my opinion the modern police station looks a bit ugly, considering it's basically a grey cylinder...Had it in my first town.

I got the Classic for my town...Booker is really cute and it jst goes better with my theme

classic for sure. its a square so its way easier to put paths around it and such. the wood looks much better than the cement/steel look goin on w/the modern station imo c: but it rly depends on ur town theme!

Like I said I don't have a specific theme for my current town. In my previous town, I had a modern police station. In current town, I'm possibly leaning towards a french princess themed town because I have The Roost, Sprinkle, who has Cafe K.K., Jacques, who might be from Quebec or France, and Diana, named after Princess Diana and looks so graceful and noble.

I have the modern, and I regret not getting the classic. There is nothing modern about my town. I just learned to live with it.

i think that classic can fit w/pretty much any theme besides modern ofc. i would go w/classic if i were u

To be honest they both look kind of unappealing if you look at it long enough.
I like the Modern Station, because it was in the Gamecube version. I don't really like the Classic Station because I don't like how it looks like a shack or like Tom's shop in the beginning phase of every other Animal Crossing game.

I really think it's personal preference. I have a Japanese theme and I have the Modern Station. I think as long as you make the area surrounding the station flow then it doesn't matter which one you choose. Then it comes down to who you like better, I like Cooper, He used to scare me, but now I really like his professional attitude and confidence in his job. I am like Booker, very indecisive so it makes me feel more uncomfortable now, because he makes me feel more nervous about almost everything in the end.

Personally I like both, but I really think it's a personal preference on previous experience or just the look in the end or maybe even attitude of the two that will make you decide which to go with.

I love Booker and the aesthetics of the Classic Police Station. Booker is a lovable chubby bulldog, and he reminds me of myself in many ways: Insecure, shy, constantly doubting themselves. It hits home for me, and it's cool to know that someone in the cheerful, carefree, peaceful utopia of animal crossing can actually feel something close to unhappiness.

Oh, and my friend had a bulldog named Louie. He's gone now and Booker reminds me of him. ;u;

Like a few of the other above me, I'm of the opinion that both buildings look kind of bad to me. The Modern Police Station kind of looks like some metallic trash can, while the Classic Police Station looks like an outhouse :p. That being said, I built the Classic Police Station in my town because it fit in more with the natural theme I was going for, and I have gotten used to it. So I would say go with the Classic Police Station. Also Booker is hilarious and adorable. That being said though, it really depends on the overall look you're trying to go for with your town. Go Modern for a more urban vibe, and Classic for a more rural feel!

I hate they make you choose. I prefer Booker, but the Modern looks much better. Based on what you said, the Modern sounds like it would suit your town more. I would base it more on if you want Copper or Booker.
