Modern town name suggestions?

I couldn't get my Achievement Hunter theme to work as well as I wanted, so I'm just doing a simple modern themed town.

I have everything planned out to villagers, paths, house and everything BUT the name. I really only have two names picked out right now, excluding a name I find extremely funny (Hen Tie) but I don't honestly think I'll be picking that as a name! The two other names I have are simply Parrot and (New)Haven.

Some simple suggestions would be wonderful

I like Novus. That sounds nice. I was also thinking maybe Techton, just came up with that one randomly in my head lol. I'll edit in anything else that I think of.

Neoven sounds good, or Neoville. I would love to live in a town called Neoville!

Hen Tie would be awesome, but if that's a no... I liked Latham and NewHaven (Yay Elis!) Neoven just sounds like oven to me, but another neo name could be neat.
