Missing a fish and a bug.

I think I'm only missing the giant snakehead and scarab beetle for this month. I'd like to confirm the info I may have got from a youtube channel. The snakehead is a day fish in the pond, and the beetle is on trees after 11pm? Does it matter what kind of tree?

Scarab Beetles aren't available in North Hemisphere, I don't think they're in season in the south either.
