It's fine it's her rules that she can pick who she wants, but you should really take first come first serve out of the rules because it really isn't then, lol.
Also a better Wi-Fi rating so she's more trustworthy, I guess. :s

That is in the rules, but it also states "First-come, first serve. However, the cycler has the final word of who gets the villager. If the cycler finds first person is questionable for some reason, the villager will go to the next in line."
But I don't see any reason why she would be questionable due to the fact that Stitches is in her sig and she ALSO has someone to vouch for her, which is me. So that is double the proof that they would need lol. It's just kind of unfair if you ask me, but you're right it is their choice to choose who they want. I just think that the first come first serve should be taken out or it should be elaborated more.

Sorry for the trouble. But I agree that the cycler should get to pick who gets the villager (not just because it was me this time). I just feel bad for pumpkin, but you will find him some day soon, just keep looking!

Sleepytea, Twi HAS the final say and Mia already quoted it from the first page. Yes, it is first-come, first serve. But, the cycler giving the villager away WILL and ALWAYS have the final say.
If they feel uncomfortable for ANY reason, the next person who will get them, assuming of course they are comfortable giving said villager away to.
This goes to EVERYONE: If you have a problem with who the villager was given to, take it up with the cycler who is giving the villager away over PM and PLEASE do NOT clutter up the thread with it.
Villagers WILL always pop up again and whining about why you didn't get a villager won't help your case if you think guilt tripping us will help get you villagers. It won't.

uh. I wasn't trying to guilt trip you and I wasn't complaining nor whining about it lol, you can even ask Tanyana, I told her it was completely okay for her to take him over PM. I just stated that it wasn't fair and if anything I was more confused than upset. And if you didn't read, I already acknowledged the fact that the rules stated that the cycler can choose. I was actually over it, then I read this. it's dropped.
