I'm going to tell you upfront that because you sell villagers for actual money off-forum, you will not be allowed to claim any villager from me, including Bam. I'm sorry, but I object heartily to what you're doing and so does Nintendo corporate. Profiting from the sale of something you did not create and do not hold trademark or share in is infringement. It violates Nintendo's TOS and I find it personally offensive as a person who makes a living from creative work. Perhaps another cycler will feel differently, but I felt it only fair to tell you upfront so there would be no need to discuss it later.
