I wished for a villager today, as it's my birthday, and I want to see if it does work.
I viewed a thread where people said it worked for them and they got villagers to move in and out.
I guess I'll see tomorrow if it works or not.

Lately, it seems people have been using this cycling thread as equal parts claim thread and FAQ. It really only takes a minute to use the search bar and see if someone has asked and answered your question in the appropriate areas. Try searching first, okay?
