That's another thing. Kabuki never plans to leave because he likes the mayor xD I opened the mailbox because Pete said it was full, and 6 / 10 letters were kabuki calling the mayor his best friend, and she's irreplaceable, and that he wrote on stationery he thought she'd enjoy and what not lol
