Milk*Tea started with much promise. Lead by an over ambitious young mayor, the town had much to offer from it's perfect apple trees to it's wonderful view. However, the mayor became so wrapped up in her other two prior mayoral engagements (along with being too sick to bother checking in on her townsfolk) that the town quickly went to ruin and became a dumping ground for items that she needed for her other towns. *shrugs* I'm a horrible person. Let's get to the rules and villagers, shall we?

(Pretty understanding of stubborn villagers. Just let me know and I'll be more than happy to hold for as long as I can. Please keep in mind that mistakes happen and if I do lose your villager, I really am sorry... I've had it happen before and I know it sucks, but I really do my best to make sure it doesn't happen.)
1. Follow me to your desired villager's home, feel free to run!
2. Don't pick up junk on the ground, okay? *cheesy thumbs up*
3. FCFS (when they're actually listed as in boxes, not beforehand) in most situations, unless the villager has already been promised to friend or has lurkers then I will give lurkers dibs and if they can't get their villager, they'll be up for grabs. I think popular villagers will be raffled to ensure everyone gets a fair shot because sometimes FCFS isn't always fair when it comes to super popular villagers. Unless a popular villager only manages to get one lurker or something, then well, you win! (EX: Stitches is in boxes. Several people who've expressed interest in lurking before and show interest will have their usernames put into a random generator. I'll leave the raffle open for an hour or so to make sure no one misses their chance and then I'll randomly pick a winner.)
4. Villagers will usually be free, unless I really need some items/TBT. But they'll be 99% free most of the time as I'm pretty much all set in my games.
5. Lurking is fine and will be noted; conversations in thread are okay too! I don't mind the company.
6. Please be respectful of one another. You know, manners. Don't fight over villagers. The usual things.
7. If you read these, mention Walker the dog.

Fauna- Not original, adopted from a lovely user on her and was meant to be for myself, but she refuses to ping.
