Meteor Shower?

My town is set for March 10, 2014 (today) and there was a post on the bulletin board saying there was a meteor shower tonight, does anyone know when ?

it happens at night between 7PM and 4PM i think ,and when you see a star make a wish by pressing up on the d pad

Stop running around in your town and just watch the sky for a little bit. Also, Turn your sound on. When you see a shooting star, press "A" and you'll see your character make a wish. The next day you will receive a letter from Wishy the star. Only one letter per shower. I believe they start at 7pm until 4am but it's random.

There will be notice on your bulletin board telling you "tonight we will have meteor shower"
