Meteor shower but no Celeste?

I’ve been running around trying to find her. I’ve ran around maybe 6 circles and haven’t seen her at all. Is it cause KK Slider is in town due to tomorrow being a fishing tournament?

Ohhh perhaps I’ve just always been lucky with Celeste appearing at the same time as a meteor shower. Thank you!

like the other user said, she wont always be around during a meteor shower. BUT, i think that if you do see her, you're guaranteed a meteor shower. something that i'm not 100% sure on is that whenever i make wishes and don't see her, i'll wait until 8pm, reset by entering & exiting a building and she'll be on the island somewhere. again, i'm not sure if this is an actual thing, but i seem to get her when i make some wishes and search around 8pm

This happened to me the first time Celeste came to town. Second time she visited was yesterday and there was a shower.
