Hi! I've decided to auction off merengue since no one seems to want to trade for Rosie. Her shirt and catchphrase are original but since she was one of my starters her house sadly is not. It's still in pretty good shape and has the sweets sofa/table and most of her original furniture. Nothing too unappealing like fish/bugs/ or shirts.

Minimum increase: 500k
Buyout: 20m or Rosie
