Ok sir, so let's take a look at my good friend caloriecount:

This is the McRib sandwich, pretty much everything about it is bad. For what you're eating you're getting almost no nutrition for your body whatsoever, and not to mention the high amounts of Fat and Sodium.
Compare this to what I eat on a daily basis, home-cooked meals. Let's say I have roast chicken:

I'm getting something much more nutritious with high amounts of protein and low amounts of fat, also while halving the calorie intake. Now granted that roast chicken will have some oil added to it which increases the fat slightly but it's still far less than the McRib. Also if I add flavourings such a garlic that'll further increase the nutrition value.
If you can't be bothered to read all of that, just look at the pie charts for each, I think they're pretty self explanatory:
