I can't believe you wasted your time researching all of that. Who cares what people eat? No matter how healthy you eat, you're going to die one day.Jas0n said:Ok sir, so let's take a look at my good friend caloriecount:Kale Demos said:Anything you eat can cause a stroke. You all are just trying to act like you're better than everyone else by saying you don't eat it. I'm sure what you normally is probably a lot worse.

This is the McRib sandwich, pretty much everything about it is bad. For what you're eating you're getting almost no nutrition for your body whatsoever, and not to mention the high amounts of Fat and Sodium.
Compare this to what I eat on a daily basis, home-cooked meals. Let's say I have roast chicken: http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-chicken-breast-meat-only-i5064?size=1
I'm getting something much more nutritious with high amounts of protein and low amounts of fat, also while halving the calorie intake. Now granted that roast chicken will have some oil added to it which increases the fat slightly but it's still far less than the McRib. Also if I add flavourings such a garlic that'll further increase the nutrition value.
If you can't be bothered to read all of that, just look at the pie charts for each, I think they're pretty self explanatory:
Blue = Fat
Yellow = Protein
Green = Carbs.

And yes, we will all die one day, but I for one don't want to die at 30 due to something that could have been avoided by taking a few minutes every day to make sure what I'm eating is good for me.
