May I visit someone's island?

I just want to goof about with someone on their island since it sounds like fun. Won't go chopping down trees or anything but might catch a few bugs or fish or something. Don't currently have Club Tortimer or anything like that.

Don't know if you've seen my thread but I'm opening my gate at 7pm TBT time today to go to the island. My connection's much better now and we're already friends. Do you want to come over later?
