Mature Thread: Cancer

So, I'm going to start making Mature threads about business in the real world. No, it's not your Virtual Useless grass dying. Usually these threads might talk about some mature things like the War, The Economy, and other stuff like that.

So today's main concern is Cancer, so, basically talk about how we might find a cure to this deadly disease. Also, (You don't have to do this if it's uncomfortable for you then no need to post it.) if you have any residents/relatives that have Cancer, you could talk about that as well.

Also, I'm keeping an eye out for unneeded posts like ones that lead to a different subject like how Animal Crossing is more important then life (I swear, if you think this is true than that is freaky.). So, I hope this turns out good and let's start the posting!

Cancer is a really big issue nowadays. To be honest, I'm not sure when we'll be getting a cure but I sure hope it's soon.
One of my parent's ex-friends died of breast cancer. ]=

My friends mom had cancer, luckily she lived, and while having her hair shaved off, she discovered that she liked short hair better than long hair. So, now she wears her hair short(not a crew cut or anything, just short for a female)

ok so the other night i was talking about my hybrids to my parents explaining how yuo do it on accf and my mom told me that there was a guy trying to make a hybrid flower, and he made a white one but i forget what kind of flower it was and it is helping to make a cure for cancer, i thought that was really cool!

I just hope when someone does find a cure for cancer, that it's not going to cost people with Cancer a fortune.

Another thing is,

Our bodies produce thousands of cancer cells regularly. It's impossible to wipe it out completely. The best cure is a healthy lifestyle and a good immune system.

My Nana currently has Hodgkins Lymphoma. She needs 6 more chemo treatments, but she'll be okay. Luckily, it's 95% curable.
