I wish Hopkins also got recognition. I don't particularly focus on tiers when it comes to Animal Crossing, but as of right now it seems Hopkins isn't ranked, and I think that's unfortunate. I'm not sure what the name Hopkins references to an inflatable toy, but that's what he is I guess.
