I've had two offers back out on me, and I need Marshal gone today since he is in boxes. Gamzee is holding Marshal and we are splitting profits, so you first need to come to my town and drop off half, then drop off the other half in Gamzee's town and adopt Marshal.

I'm looking for 40 million for him since that's what I've been offered before. Please have a spot open.

Marshall is worth quite a lot, but if it's not him with all his original stuff then he isn't worth 40mil.
If he has a few of his stuff missing, then his price goes down considerably.
So I'd like to say maybe you should post what was changed/isn't in his house.
